This farmhouse is located about 30km from Rome and it is accessible by train or car. The housing complex is situated in the middle of an 80 hectare uncontaminated property. For decades this land has been used as breeding ground for pure blood polo horses and to grow the famous “Sabina” Olives that are used to produce one of the most precious Olive Oil in the world.
The housing complex was designed and cured by an Italian leading architect : Enrico Carlo Saraceni. His aim was to achieve a prefect union between luxury and nature. In the heart of a farm with horses surrounded by olive groves and wheat fields , a restored farmhouse from a famous architect with the idea to create a luxury house in the middle of the italian countryside.
